California Home Design Group Project
For this project, I was tasked with converting an old barn into an Airbnb. The challenge was to stay within budget while transforming the space, requiring creative solutions to maximize both functionality and design.
Included in this project is a problem statement, concept statement, statement of work, current and proposed floor plans, mood boards, material selections, renderings, and cost breakdowns.
Design creative and effective solutions by applying space planning techniques and skills to solve progressively complex design problems.
Paradise Rises Farmhouse
In this project, I was to redesign a farmhouse to include the following aspects:
A floor plan, electrical plan, furniture plan, exterior elevations, kitchen cabinet elevations, renderings, and window, door and cabinet schedules.
Explore a variety of ideas and concepts, iterating and refining them through multiple stages to develop the most effective and innovative solution.
Chic Cottage
In this project, I followed a detailed tutorial to construct a cottage using Chief Architect software. Upon completing the exterior, I was granted creative autonomy to design the interior space.
This project includes a foundation plan, floor plans, kitchen and bath cabinet elevations, front, back, and side elevations, renderings, and window, door, fixture, electrical, and cabinet schedules.
Contribute to the production of interior contract documents, including drawings, detailing, schedules, and specifications, tailored to project size and scope.
